| Arellcat |
Arellcat comes from the wilds of Northern Britain and at a young age learnt the ways of withstanding the adverse weather that often plagues her country. Her upbringing was routine and, showing promise with excellent visual acuity and deft handling of mice, she seemed destined to follow life in her favourite environment, a science workshop attached to an educational institution. Her circumstances then changed considerably, followed soon after and almost by chance by the discovery of recumbent cycling, leading to encounters with members of the Cake Stop who were of similar persuasion.
Although often appearing outwardly courageous, she will admit to a softer being inside, characterised by a predisposition to write poetry and engage in what could be described very loosely as meditation. Her minimal experience of Chavscum in her later life has meant that she lacks skill in close hand-to-hand combat, preferring instead the longer reach afforded by her favoured weapon, a modified Zefal double-telescopic pump. For direct confrontations she will use her Nightstick as a cosh, and her dangerous fingernails as a last resort.
She believes speed to be the most effective weapon however, and her primary choice for this is a recumbent officially called Speedy, but otherwise known as Windcheetah number Two-hundred and Two. This venerable machine of cadmium yellow and silver runs a Shimano Deore XT and Middleburn transmission and has been retrofitted with a Cateye cadence monitoring system and customised Vistalite illumination. Speedy grips the road with the tread of one Panaracer Pasela and two Schwalbe Stelvios.
She happily acknowledges that in some situations an alternative steed is required, and this takes the form of a similarly old Prestige-tubed Specialized Stumpjumper, currently in its official colour of Matte Grey. The component mix reflects its age, largely comprising Shimano Deore DX, though the bike is fitted with modern white LED lighting and a Flite saddle.
Arellcat is invariably found wearing Specialized shoes, Endura shorts and blue Cannondale tops. Protection comes from Specialized BG mitts, an M1 helmet and blue iridium Oakley M-frames. She will gladly partake in offers of rhubarb crumble, peanut butter sandwiches and coffee.

MEMO
This individual possesses both an aloofness and alertness peculiar to her type. We presume this relates to her previous existent form. Other characteristics partially retained are the untamed hair and the well-developed legs which have proved to be the equal of several male subjects on records held by the Scottish subdivision.
In battle, the subject is fast, manoeveurable and well-armoured with a Kevlar and carbon fibre shield to the rear and a serrated cutting disc to the front. Detachable hardened plastic Comp Road technology can deal a considerable blow to the front-left or right, but the hesitant release means this is one of the weaknesses of the subject. We have also noted a sensitivity to sounds of high volume.
If seen carrying an adjustable spanner and a multi-tool there can be considerable disruption caused to our systems in a very short time. The subject has served under the Donaldson administration and was given an honourable discharge some years ago.
